Inspection Suspense, da da dahhh!

Inspection Suspense, da da dahhh!

Inspection suspense, da da dahhh!  The house is selected, the contract's been agreed upon and now the inspection has commenced.  Oh, what suspense!

What will the mighty inspector find as he searches high and low, Inspectorchecking every crack and every crevice for what evil lurks in the heart of this house?  What amazing device will he pull from his utility belt to detect rot, decay, moisture, electrical foul play or pest residue?

As the inspector searches the house from top to bottom, will he detect a good soul or an evil menace waiting to gobble up the wallets of unsuspecting buyers who don’t do the right thing?

Only the inspector knows, at least until we see the report.

Do the right thing, boys and girls; hire a fully licensed, experienced and well-trained inspector before you close your house deal.  It’s the American (and Canadian) way!
