Sammamish Neighborhoods, Thompson Hill...Eclectic!

Sammamish Neighborhoods, Thompson Hill...Eclectic!

About halfway between Issaquah, the corporate home of Costco and Redmond, Microsoft's Headquarters, on the east side of Lake Sammamish is a street called Louis Thompson Road (Thompson Hill Road for the locals).  Turning east on this road takes you up into a number of different communities offering a variety of homes, styles and affordability.

You'll find new construction built in the last 5 years and historic (at least for his area) homes from theThompson Hill Sunset earliest days of Sammamish.  There are farms here with horses, cattle, geese & chickens as well as new orderly neighborhoods with home owners associations.  Modern mansions to modest starter homes can be found in this part of Sammamish.  Even wildlife calls this area home.

Thompson Hill Wildlife

Built into the hillside, many of the neighborhoods take advantage of western views.  There's nothing like the sunset over Lake Sammamish at the end of the day.

Thompson Hill neighborhoods include, Tlingit, Eden View, Eden Glen, Tamarack, Montage, The Arbors, and Cedarwood Lane just to name a few.
