Snoqualmie Pass Moon

Snoqualmie Pass Moonrise, Silent Sunday.

Last night we went for a brief drive to see some snow and enjoy the scenery.  About 45 minutes from my home in Sammamish, driving east on Interstate 90 is Snoqualmie Pass.  The near full moon was high in the sky as the sun was not quite set.  The roadside snow was 8 to 10 feet as we drove down the lanes between the chalets.

Several of the Chalet’s are on the market. The scene was reminiscent of an Alpen Village in Switzerland or Austria.
