If Christ Has Not Been Raised, Your Faith is Futile

If Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile...we are of all people most to be pitied. 1 Cor 15:17-19

Easter is not about bunnies, chocolates or peeps.  These are fine and I enjoy them too, but if not for this singular moment in history, all of our lives would be different.  Has the resurrected Savior impacted you beyond our date system and our common holidays?

Good morning Dan and happy Resurrection Day!  He is Risen!  I am 100% sure that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose on the third day all to save us from ourselves.  He took my sins so that one day I might have eternal life.  Thankful and Blessed and proud to say I strive to know and to make Christ known.

You are right, it doesn't matter without the resurrection.  Blessed Easter to You and Family.

Dan,

YES!  Praise the LORD, He is risen!  Without that hope, we are a people most miserable.

You are so right - the commercialism of Easter along with a few other holidays does take away from the real reason.  And, YES, he did die for us and our sins.
